Max Audsley

Max Audsley is a Sydney based artist working primarily in portraiture. His self portrait ‘Hope for Prosperity’ is a finalist in the 2025 Lester Youth Art Awards.

“The reference photo was taken the night before my art exam where I randomly took a photo of myself cross legged to really capture the moment of hopeful prosperity for the next day. I’m in a relaxed state as I pause time for a moment. This was my way of escaping from stress.”
