I was a butcher for the first 35 years of my working life but studied part time at the NAS from 79. I applied at the NAS in 1992, was accepted and graduated with a BA in 1994. I have been painting ever since. I have had exhibitions in London at the Russel Sheraton Galley, The Mennier Gallery and one at the Australian High commission London. Most of my paintings state from an aerial perspective but become distorted and end up as an abstract with a sense of landscape. Over the last 25 years I have been doing a lot of traveling and use a lot of my photos as starting points of my paintings. In 1994 Steven Perrin and I got approval from the Catholic Church to use the old St Joseph’s boy’s school as an artist studios. Click here for more information about studios.
